Sharing real world usage stories is often more helpful than any advertisement. For example, I compared cotton, polyester and mixed fabrics for similar clothing items. If many different people say the same thing about a product, it is worth paying attention. In the end there is no perfect shop, but some stores are clearly more consistent. Personally I like a mix of design, comfort and realistic pricing. Shipping speed is not everything, but extremely slow delivery is very annoying.

In the end there is no perfect shop, but some stores are clearly more consistent. It is interesting to see how different people value different aspects of a product. Sometimes I experiment with different materials just to see how they feel in daily life. I also started paying attention to how websites display sizing charts for clothing. Nose pads that are too hard leave marks and feel uncomfortable on the skin. Reading comments with real body photos is one of the best ways to check sizing. It is always difficult to know which website is really trustworthy before you place an order. For fashion and clothing I pay attention to fabric thickness and stitching details.
